We all have experienced sometimes, extreme craving for spicy things but not willing to make anything. For all those lazy moments here I am with simple yet full of spices recipe. All we need is soaked chana and some masala. Within ten minutes you will be ready to satisfy your craving.

Preparation time - 2 mins

Cooking time - 5 to 7 minutes


Ingredients

Soaked Kala Chana/ Black chickpeas

Masala - Jeera powder

              Coriander powder

              Kitchen king masala

              Red chilli powder

              Turmeric powder

Salt to taste

How to make dry kala chana

1. Heat some oil in pan.

2. Add all the above masala

3. Stir continuously for one minutes to avoid burning.

4. Add soaked kala chana. Stir occasionally after 2 mins cover it.

5. After 3-4 mins, stir it nicely and cover for few more minutes.

6. After again 3-4 minutes, open the cover, if the chana is looking crispy from outside. Your dry chana masala is ready.

7. Garnish with coriander and copped onions with some lemon juice on the top of it.
