Foods to avoid when breastfeeding

Few foods we need to avoid during breastfeeding so that you can feed your baby with breastmilk that he enjoys completely . So read ahead to know which food that should be limited or completely avoided . Constipation and gas problem is common after delivery so avoid peas and gram . Instead take green gram and other cereals which are easy to digest and rich in protein too. For one month after delivery, if you are breastfeeding then avoid cool food items like cucumber, pineapple. Instead eat warm foods like dry fruits, milk etc. Don't take fried snacks and fizzy drink in excessive amount. Don't eat too spicy food .
