The day your baby take birth its feel like we too entering in a new life. Isn't it? Every new mom can relate with it. 


By following below tips you would able to give your baby the best.

Keep yourself well hydrated it will help in digestion and helpful for baby's skin too.

Don't give too much gap between meal to avoid gas problem. 

To avoid gas take one spoon of ajwain powder in the morning before breakfast.

Avoid sour food if you have got stitches either through c-section or in normal delivery. As it will escalate the healing process.

Make a habit of drinking lukewarm water at least for a month.


Take more calories food like ghee(clarified butter), dry fruits to help your body heal faster and give you strength.

You can take turmeric in the form of (ochwani in India) to purify blood or tragacanth gum or gond (in hindi) ladoos to give you strength.

Don't eat any hard food items more as it will make difficult for your baby to digest but it is necessary too to eat all the things. So you can enjoy small portion.

And don't just take complete rest instead keep doing little work, be little active.
