Signs which indicates Stop Exercising

There is no doubt that exercise during pregnancy is helpful in many ways. But it's very important to know at which point you need to stop exercising.




Signs which indicates stop exercising                   
  • Chest, leg, joint or stomach pain
  • Shortness of breath
  • Vaginal bleeding  or loss of fluid from vagina
  • Difficulty with walking
  • Uterine contraction
  • Dizziness
  • Bad headache
  • Decreased baby movement

And at any point even if you are not facing any above signs but still feel something wrong then don't hesitate to consult your doctor. During pregnancy listen to your body and action upon it.
