Are you worried about your baby's weight?
Being a mother is a challenge in its own way but more challenging is to maintain your baby's health according to their growing age. Here's a chart to understand our baby's health better.
When babies starts eating solids or semi-solid food, mothers starts asking question to them self, which healthy dish should I cook next. Because a healthy mind resides in healthy body and moreover for all round development of your growing child healthy nutritious food is essential.
But in the desire of healthy child don't forget one thing that babies weight also depend on genetic constitution of parents. And according to many doctors as long as your baby is happy and active no need to worry too much about the weight. Try to give them a balanced diet and keep experimenting with dishes to know their taste better.
Let me share with you some super foods which are easy and quick to have.
MILK - Milk is known as a complete food. If your child in not interested in plain milk, try adding some flavor available in the market. This can be given along with oats, semolina and rice.

YOGURT - It can be given with rice, chapatti and plain yogurt with sugar.
CLARIFIED BUTTER - It can be added in any food. Its healthy and enhances the food's taste too.
SWEET POTATO - It can be given in boiled form or you can use it in making sweet dishes or in veg rice.
BANANA - Either give in small pieces or just mashed it with little milk and sugar. Your baby will love it.
DRY FRUITS - You can keep in powdered form and give in any drink or add in stuffed paratha along with other ingredients
LENTILS - Lentils should be given daily. It goes perfectly either with rice or chapati.
APPLE - A boiled apple everyday is recommended by Doctors.
BOILED EGG - Start giving egg yolk after eight or nine months. And introduce egg white after completion of one year.
GREEN VEGETABLES - Like carrot, spinach, beans, peas, bottle gourd along with potatoes can be added in making mix veg dishes.
BEETROOT - This is not liked by almost all children. But if added in grated form in the dishes it gets completely mashed up and only reflects its pleasing color.
