Healthy,Tasty and Quick recipes for Babies

We all love to taste different recipes so do our babies. Here are some quick and healthy recipes which your baby will love it and it will be all your pleasure to serve them.

Chickpea Cutlets




Ingredients

7-8 boiled and peeled chickpeas
1 table spoon gram flour (Besan)
1 table spoon wheat flour 
1 table spoon corn flour
Half onion finely chopped
1 or 2 garlic clove
Little bit ginger
Some finely chopped coriander
Salt and Turmeric Powder

How to make

1. Put all the ingredients along with turmeric powder and salt as per your taste in a bowl and mix them well by adding little by little water. Make a thick batter.
2. Put non stick pan on flame and add little oil or clarified butter or simple butter.
3. With the help of spoon put the batter on the heated pan. Either in round shape or any other shape that your baby would love to have.
4. Cook it well from both the sides.
5. Serve them after cooling it down for few minutes.


Veggies Rich Semolina


Ingredients

7 -8 tablespoon semolina
Half-chopped onion
Green vegetables- Peas, grated or finely chopped carrot, grated beetroot (if you wish to add), finely chopped beans and potato.
Mustard seeds

How to make

1. Roast semolina well in one teaspoon of clarified butter or simple butter. And keep it aside.
2. Add little butter or oil in the pan. Add half teaspoon of mustard seed, wait till it crackle then add onions. Saute the onions. Then add all the rest veggies one by one and add salt. Let the veggies get cooked.
3. Then add water (three times of semolina you have taken) and leave it on medium flame. Keep on checking when water is completely absorb switch off the flame.
4. Dish is ready to get served.

  1. Myself and my husband had been trying to get pregnant for 18 months before I was referred to Native Iyabasira fertility solution.
