 Deciding menu for our three meal that to everyday is not an easy task anymore. As from kids to elders everyone has become so picky. Keeping that in mind I am here with most common breakfast recipe chilla. It has many varieties, I have just twisted one of its variety that is kala chana chilla.  Lets start, in between you will discover the twist of the recipe. Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes Ingredients: Soaked kala chana/ black chickpeas Besan/ Gram flour Sliced ginger Garlic cloves One chopped onion One chopped tomato (seedless) Masala (jeera powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper) Salt to taste How to make kala chana chilla 1. Put kala chana garlic and ginger in the grinder. But don't make paste just coarse grind it. And this this twist.   We all have experienced sometimes, extreme craving for spicy things but not willing to make anything. For all those lazy moments here I am with simple yet full of spices recipe. All we need is soaked chana and some masala. Within ten minutes you will be ready to satisfy your craving. Preparation time - 2 mins Cooking time - 5 to 7 minutes Ingredients Soaked Kala Chana/ Black chickpeas Masala - Jeera powder               Coriander powder               Kitchen king masala               Red chilli powder               Turmeric powder Salt to taste How to make dry kala chana 1. Heat some oil in pan. 2. Add all the above masala 3. Stir continuously for one minutes to avoid burning. 4. Add soaked kala chana. Stir occasionally after 2 mins cover it. 5. After 3-4 mins, stir it nicely and cover for few more minutes. 6. After again 3-4 minutes, open the cover, if the chana is looking crispy from outside. Your dry chana masala is ready. 7. Whenever I am around green nature, it never fails in making me more positive from inside. And when I searched a little I came to know there are some plants that are known for stress busters and money plant is one of them. I guess you too having money plant in your garden area like me. So one day I thought to bring it on my workplace table as most of the stress I get there only. So friends here are few steps I followed I took an old unused glass and added some moist mud into it. Took an small money plant stem, don't forget to cut it sharply at 45 degree. Put the plant stem in the mud and set it properly. As you can imagine a glass with plant stem not looking more appealing so thought to do little decoration. Took some golden thread and long artificial leaves got it from old hairband. And completed simple decoration part.   How to stay positive in this pandemic? In this pandemic situation all over world, the only thing that is in our hand is to try to stay positive for our self and for the the people around us. Some people have changed all the negative energy from the world into positive energy, including me. I have resumed my YouTube channel after three years and started writing something different content apart from my earlier content that was on pregnancy and child care.
