First Step in Pregnancy

Congratulations!!

Now the test has came positive you have stepped in the first stage of pregnancy journey.

You must have started feeling fresh energetic and full of positivity. Now you need to be extra careful for yourself and your growing baby. It's been said first three months are crucial stage and if it's passed with no complication then rest would be fine.

I would like to share my point of view which has come from my experience and I hope you find it useful.

In the starting you find it difficult to eat anything
(morning sickness)  but you must continue eating by dividing your meal in small portion and never starve yourself

To avoid morning sickness try toast and plain tea without milk.

Morning Sickness

Start taking coconut water and other fruits in your meal. But don't take anything in excess.

Do take some milk each day even if you are not liking it.

Don't skip your medicine recommended by your doctor and don't take any other medicine without doctor's permission. Both are important.

Folic acid or iron tablets are must and should be started the moment you got it positive or even when you are planning for baby.

During first three months take rest as much as you can.

Don't do net surfing more, it will confuse you more. Clear your doubts with your doctor directly.

Over to you, Keep sharinG...
